Coavora is a marketplace that connects sports players with local coaches for private and group lessons. We facilitate introductions between players and coaches but are not a party to any coaching agreement between them.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

4. Coach Listings

Coaches listed on Coavora are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of Coavora. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any coaching services. We encourage users to exercise their own judgment when selecting a coach.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Coavora or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Coavora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coavora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
